TVS Jupiter Latest Updates

TVS has launched the new Jupiter Classic. It comes with more classy bits as well as a decent price hike.

The Prices for the Jupiter 110 now start at Rs 68,571 and go up to Rs 85,866 (ex-showroom Delhi). The Jupiter is a popular TVS model currently on sale. Its success can be attributed to its features, frugal motor, and competitive price point.

TVS Jupiter Engine

Powering the TVS Jupiter is a 109.7cc air-cooled, fuel-injected engine, producing 7.47PS and 8.4Nm. TVS claims the updated scooter delivers 15 percent better fuel economy. The Jupiter is underpinned by an underbone frame with a telescopic fork and a three-step preload-adjustable monoshock. It rolls on 12-inch alloys with tubeless tyres and is anchored by drum brakes on both ends as standard. It also gets an optional front disc brake. At 109kg, Jupiter is one of the heaviest 110cc scooters out there. It gets 150mm of ground clearance which is more than adequate for a scooter. It also features 21-litres of under-seat storage space. What is good and bad in Jupiter?

  • Jupiter Positives

Fuel-efficient, Great ride quality, Only 110cc scooter to get Smartphone connectivity.

  • Jupiter Negatives

Outdated design, Price has gone up.

  • Expert's Conclusion

The Jupiter continues to be a fantastic alternative to the popular Honda Activa. While the Activa in its 6G avatar comes close to the Jupiter in terms of features, the Jupiter still has the edge on this end with the recently introduced smartphone connectivity. We feel that TVS could have equipped the Jupiter with more features to offset the inevitable price hike. It continues to be our pick as the best 110cc family scooter on sale.

It has a huge boot space

One of the most beautifully crafted two-wheelers by tvs with its 110 cc engine, It is the best scooter in this segment, And that too in an affordable price range. The boot space is quite sufficient, And having one extra pocket space below the handlebar to keep a phone is quite a welcome addition.

  • I am using from last two

I am using from 2020 i am not getting any tired and backbone problem.Milege also good 60-65 km per liter as per speed.Seat space also comfortable.I am using mobile charge while traveling, Battery problem and power output problem not came.Colour also super and good finishing quality.Bike sounds awesome.Still it's looks like yesterday purchased bike.

    It's a good two-wheeler,

It's a good two-wheeler, But after one year the vehicle starts demanding work on the engine. The engine sound is rough, Pick-up reduces, And a lot of maintenance is expected out of it.Servicing staff is good, But the vehicle is not.Apart from all that, Amazing boot space.
