TVS Apache RTR 160

It's okay to purchase an apache rtr 160, But you'll run into issues with the chain sprockets.Performance and other aspects are excellent.While riding it, You will feel safe, And this powerful bike comes with fantastic looks.Apache must raise the standard of their chain sprockets.Comparatively speaking, The market also offers other options at this price point.

I was attracted to it because of the graphics, and the exhaust note but was carried away by the performance on offer too. Rides are very stable, but refinement becomes an issue at higher speeds. Short gearing, hence easy to make quick overtakes in the city while maintaining a good mileage (at one point, It gave me 58kmpl, currently at 50kmpl). I had it for the past 10 years but didn't have any issues with it. The only con is the stock tyre set, They offer no feedback on the front and the rear too feels like it'll lose the grip.

I have apache 160 2v 2009 model.I have great experiences with this bike.Awesome torque and handling in high speed is very good.Also have full featured bike in 2009 model than pulsar or other bike.When i bought this bike got 50kmpl average and now getting 40kmpl with wider tyre.As well as same torque and high speed and control as same still getting.But maintenance cost high than other bikes.

The apache rtr 160, With 15.2 bhp, 270-mm petal shaped front disc brake, Engine with an all black treatment along with the alloy wheels and exhaust just looks awesome (reminds me of street hawk).The stripe runs from the front mudguard to the tank and all the way back to the tail piece is striking.An engine guard is nestled at the bottom of the engine.The side panels have a matt grey finish.The bike also had very easy handling comfort and most off all in a city like bangalore with mixed traffic conditions of either empty roads to hour long jams still gave 45+ according to my friend who owned an apache.

A good product by tvs motors.It will comes with good handlining and super comfortable seat.If you cruise it between 50 to 60 kmpl then you get a good mileage which is about 48 kmpl.This vehicle comes with huge demanding features as compare with other vehicle in this segment.A nice choice if you buy this one.
